A 4hr seminar on current hot button topics of interest to real estate licensees practicing in Montana. The course is designed as a question and answer program, so bring your questions and hear comments on the recent topics involved in buy sells, forms, closings, negotiations and legal issues, and court decisions. This program discusses what are some of the to-do items and the not-to-do items for practitioners.
