Only for MT Brokers who have a Supervising Broker Endorsement on their license. This course is designed to protect Montana real estate consumers by educating the supervising broker in the following topics with an emphasis on supervising and training salespersons under their agency: Understanding Agency and Relationships in Real Estate, Managing Brokerage and Associates, Creating policies and procedures, Montana Licensing laws. This course will be taught to supervising brokers with detailed instruction on how to manage a real estate company and how to manage the activities of their sales associates.
